By using the website or submitting an outreach setup, you agree to these terms. If you useOmniSDR for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.

OmniSDR is an AI SDR for LinkedIn. It can research prospects, check them against configured targeting criteria, start personalized outreach, follow up, continue conversations from a business playbook, and stand down when a person replies. Available behaviour depends on the configuration prepared for the account.

The setup form is a request for review. It does not create an account, approve access, start a fixed evaluation period, or reserve any sending volume. Do not submit LinkedIn passwords, session cookies, or other login secrets. The form does not ask for them.

• Do not use the service to break the law or another person’s rights.
• Do not send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive outreach.
• You are responsible for the LinkedIn account you connect and for complying with LinkedIn’s own rules.
• Do not attempt to bypass activity limits or to present automated outreach as unrestricted.

LinkedIn is a third-party professional network. OmniSDR is not owned by LinkedIn and is not endorsed by LinkedIn. Nothing in these terms is a promise that a LinkedIn account will avoid restriction. A formal trademark notice is listed for lawyer review and is not expanded here.

This website does not publish a price list and does not take payment. Any fee, evaluation period, or subscription is agreed separately. There is no checkout on this site.

You keep ownership of the business information you provide. You grant EPROZ permission to use it to review the request and, if an account is later opened, to operate OmniSDR. The Privacy Policy explains the website’s handling of personal data.

The website, the OmniSDR name, and the product interface are owned by EPROZ or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.

Outreach and replies are generated from configured business context and public profile information. They can be wrong or incomplete. A person remains responsible for what is sent from their account. We do not state that AI providers are barred from training on customer content, because that arrangement is not confirmed.

Replies, connection acceptances, meetings, pipeline, and revenue are not guaranteed. The service is provided as available. Account safety on LinkedIn is not guaranteed.

To the extent the law allows, EPROZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Direct liability is limited to the fees you paid for OmniSDR in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the website at any time. We may refuse or end an evaluation or an account if these terms are broken or if we cannot support the requested use.

The governing law and court venue are not stated yet, because the legal jurisdiction has not been confirmed for this document.
