What is OmniSDR?

OmniSDR is EPROZ’s AI SDR for LinkedIn, designed to help teams find relevant prospects, evaluate fit, conduct outreach and manage conversations in one workflow.

  • Prospecting eats the week.

OmniSDR looks for relevant people around your LinkedIn account, in the sources you choose to enable.

  • Generic messages are easy to ignore.

Each profile is researched and checked for fit first, so outreach starts from context rather than a template.

  • Replies go cold between other work.

OmniSDR keeps conversations moving from your playbook and brings you in when a person should answer.

Features

One SDR workflow, six connected parts.

Each part hands its work to the next, from the first profile OmniSDR finds to the moment you step into a conversation.

01Discovery

Find opportunities already around LinkedIn.

OmniSDR works from the LinkedIn account you connect: the people your searches surface, and the people already interacting with your profile and posts.

  • People Search
  • Content Search
  • Profile Views
  • Incoming Requests
  • Post Engagement

Which sources run is part of your setup. No source promises a number of leads. Building separate prospect lists is OmniLead’s job.

02Qualification

Research first. Outreach second.

Before anyone receives a message, OmniSDR reads the public profile and compares it with the ideal customer profile you set up. People who do not fit can be skipped.

What your ICP can describe

Who

  • Target roles
  • Decision-maker criteria
  • Languages

Where

  • Industries
  • Countries
  • Company characteristics

Fit

  • Exclusions

Exact scoring is not published, and not every detail is visible on every profile.

Illustrative examples. They are not customer conversations and do not predict results.

B2B software

Illustrative example

A software team looking for sales leaders who already engage with the topic.

  1. Target

Heads of Sales at B2B software companies, 51–200 people, DACH.

  2. Signal

Commented on a post about outbound hiring.

  3. Fit check

    Fits the ICP.

    • Decision maker
    • Target industry
    • Target region
  4. Outreach

Opens with the post topic and the offer described in your playbook.

  5. Reply

“Interesting. How does it decide who to contact?”

  6. Next step

OmniSDR answers from your FAQs. A pricing question later goes to you.

Agency

Illustrative example

An agency reaching marketing leads who recently looked at the founder’s profile.

  1. Target

Marketing directors at e-commerce brands in the United Kingdom.

  2. Signal

    Viewed your profile this week.

  3. Fit check

    Fits the ICP.

    • Target role
    • Target industry
    • Company size in range
  4. Outreach

Mentions their category and a relevant service from your knowledge sources.

  5. Reply

“We are tied up until spring, but keep me posted.”

  6. Next step

Follow-up timing comes from your playbook. You can step in at any point.

Recruiting

Illustrative example

A recruiter whose ICP excludes one-person companies. This prospect is skipped.

  1. Target

Engineering managers at fintech scale-ups in the Netherlands.

  2. Signal

    Sent you a connection request.

  3. Fit check

    Does not fit the ICP.

    • Target role
    • Target industry
    • Self-employed, excluded
  4. Result

Skipped. No outreach is sent, and the request stays with you.

How it works

Five steps from target to conversation.

  1. Define your target

Describe the roles, industries, regions and fit signals you want, and the people to leave out.

  2. Find relevant opportunities

OmniSDR looks at the sources you enable around your LinkedIn account.

  3. Qualify before outreach

Each profile is checked against your ICP. People who do not fit can be skipped.

  4. Start and continue conversations

Outreach goes out inside your active hours, and replies are answered from your playbook.

  5. Step in when it matters

Conversations that need a person come to you. Reply and OmniSDR stands down on that thread.

Qualification pipeline

Every lead follows the same path.

This illustrates the workflow, not a guaranteed outcome. Many prospects stop at a fit check.

  3. Full ICPThe profile against your ICP

03Contextual outreach

Outreach built around fit, context and timing.

When a prospect fits, OmniSDR prepares outreach from your target criteria, your playbook and what it learned about the person, then works at a measured pace inside the hours you choose.

  • Personalized from prospect context and your playbook
  • An optional connection note, where appropriate
  • Paced activity inside your active hours
  • Follow-up when a conversation goes quiet

Acceptance, replies, meetings and account safety are not guaranteed.

04AI conversations

Give your SDR the context to hold a useful conversation.

When someone replies, OmniSDR answers from what you give it and works toward the goal in your playbook.

  2. FAQsAnswers to the questions you hear often
  3. Knowledge sourcesLinked websites and files

Yes. When there is no reply, OmniSDR can continue the appropriate follow-up from your playbook. Follow-up is paced. It is not unlimited messaging, and it does not guarantee a reply.
OmniSDR continues the conversation from your playbook, FAQs and knowledge sources, handles common questions and works toward the goal you set. A person can take the thread at any time. OmniSDR does not connect its own calendar. If your playbook includes a booking link, it can share that link when the playbook says so.
Yes. A person can reply from the OmniSDR inbox or from LinkedIn. When a person replies on a thread, OmniSDR stands down on that thread. Conversations OmniSDR did not start can be left with your team.
Yes. OmniSDR can be configured around one LinkedIn sender account or more than one, and each sender keeps its own pace. How many accounts are appropriate is decided in the evaluation. This site does not publish a fixed account limit.

Configure your outreach on this site. It takes seven short steps about your goal, audience, LinkedIn setup, outreach, replies, scale and business. EPROZ reviews your answers and identifies the most relevant OmniSDR configuration. Submitting does not create an account, approve access, start a fixed evaluation period or promise a sending volume. You can also talk to Alex first.
The setup form collects contact and targeting details so EPROZ can review the request. Submitting it is not consent to join a promotional mailing list. See the Privacy Policy. Do not submit LinkedIn passwords or other login secrets. The setup form does not ask for them.
